I spent nearly eight years co-founding and leading customer success at a cannabis wholesale SaaS platform — 500+ paying clients across 25+ markets, monthly churn under 1.5%, and $3M ARR on under $4M raised. I built every map myself. Nobody handed me a blueprint.

I'm a first-generation Vietnamese-American who grew up watching my parents build something from nothing. That's the lens I bring to every client. I've been in cannabis for 11 years — I know the compliance complexity, the market-by-market chaos, the reality that your ops have to work as hard as you do.
